Zomba want to replace their Willesden studio with a mixed use resi/commercial development.
The £2m development on Maybury Gardens involves the demolition of the existing recording studio building and its replacement with a four storey mixed use development comprised of office and commercial use on the ground level and part of the first floor, and 6 self-contained flats on the upper floors.
Arc7 have submitted the planning application on behalf of Zomba.
