Ziser London has secured the funds to buy Fulham Town Hall, designed by George Edwards and built between 1888 and 1890.
Ziser London will buy the grade II* listed 51,000 sq ft building from a private vendor with funds loaned by Oaknorth. Ziser plans to refurbish the building as a hotel with restaurants, an event space and a spa.
Consent for the development has not yet been granted, but the idea of converting the building in to a hotel has been mooted before.
