LB Hillingdon has confirmed the closure of Yiewsley Swimming Pool.
The Pool closed for public use at the end of July, but now the Council has approved a plan to look at building a new Health Centre on the site on Otterfield Road, although the Uxbridge Gazettereports that no GP has yet agreed to join in.
