Hillingdon Council is looking for opinions on improvements works it is planning for Yiewsley and West Drayton Town Centres.
Following the refurbishment of Ruislip and Harefield town centres, the council is continuing a programme of upgrading the borough’s town centres, with an investment of around £400,000 to improve the look and feel of Yiewsley and West Drayton town centres.
The Council say that improvements may include streets which are easier to maintain and give a sense of place, smarter and safer pavement surfaces, road safety improvements and better parking as well as a reduction in street clutter and an improvement in quality of the street furniture such as benches, litter bins, signs, barriers, etc.
There will be a public exhibition at Yiewsley Library in the High Street from 23 March to 14 April.
