Yard in charge of JVs

alison yardSEGRO has appointed Alison Yard Joint Ventures Director with immediate effect, reporting directly to Alan Holland, Business Unit Director for Greater London.

Alison, who has been with SEGRO since 2009, has previously held the position of Regional Director within the Greater London area. Prior to her time at SEGRO, she worked with Taylor Woodrow and also gained experience of fund management with Universities Superannuation Scheme and Arlington Fund Management.

In her new role, Alison will be responsible for managing SEGRO’s joint venture relationships with the Airport Property Partnership (APP) and Big Box; as well as the Company’s wholly owned Heathrow portfolio.

Commenting on her promotion Alison said: “I am looking forward to stepping into this role and taking on new challenges. Working with our joint venture partners, we will continue to drive even greater value from our portfolio, whilst maintaining the close working relationships with our customers and stakeholders. I also hope to further build on SEGRO’s Heathrow successes, such as the recent pre-lets to DB Schenker and Rolls Royce.”
