Workspace Group has been granted planning consent for a mixed-use redevelopment of a site in Southall.
The plans for the Arches Business Centre site, next to the new Crossrail station, involve the demolition of the existing light industrial units, and their replacement with 110 new homes and 18,000 sq ft of new commercial space.
