West London Business are providing a support helpline to signpost businesses to information about help available to them during the virus crisis.
A new website with a searchable knowledge base is backed up by volunteer business support advisors. WLB monitors the ‘Ask a question’ forum on the website 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, and responds, while also making outbound calls to certain businesses. Business Support Volunteer team are initially reaching out to food production/distribution businesses in West London outside Park Royal as a priority, while colleagues at the Old Oak & Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) are calling out to all Park Royal businesses.
Other volunteers are taking inbound calls on the helpline number – 020 8607 2500.

It is updated daily.
Signed up as referral and/or content partners are: BDO, BGM, BP Collins, HR Dept, JPC, London Growth Hub, Moore Kingston Smith, PwC, Verlingue and Westfield London.
