Amro Real Estate Partners have had revised plans approved for their The Wiltern scheme, on land behind the Hoover Building on the A4 in Ealing.
The scheme, designed by HTA Design for the Perivale site, involves the construction of a part 16-storey, part 15-storey and part 10-storey residential building to accommodate 278 new homes. Previous plans for a 22 storey tower were refused, with the impact of the tower on the Grade II listed Hoover Building a key factor.
