Wilmott Dixon wins in South Kilburn

Wilmott Dixon have been awarded the contract to build out the Catalyst development of the former Texaco Petrol station in South Kilburn.

The site will provide 50 new homes in an eight storey, Malcolm Hester Architects designed development at 182 Carlton Vale. It is part of the wider South Kilburn Estate regeneration which aims to change the face of the monster estate, which is literally over the road from Maida Vale, but is a significant centre of deprivation.
