Hounslow Council has signed up with Partnership Homes – part of Willmott Dixon – to deliver 1,500 homes.
The c£90m deal, struck by the council’s wholly owned developer subsidiary Lampton 360, will run over six years. The new homes will be a mix affordable, open market sale and private rent.
The council has earmarked 11 sites for development, the first of which is Nantly House on Lampton Road, which will be redeveloped as 74 new homes with commercial space.
A further five sites will follow during 2017.
