The Airport Property Partnership (APP), a joint venture between SEGRO and Aviva Investors, has leased an additional industrial unit to existing customer Williams and Hill at the North Feltham Trading Estate.
After adding the new 13,027 sq ft unit, Williams and Hill, which specialises in the global transportation of fine art objects, now occupies a total of four Heathrow units with APP – with a total occupancy of 70,000 sq ft – having only expanded to a third facility in October 2013. Their current real estate requirements are in response to rising demand for their transportation services.
North Feltham Trading Estate is the largest non-airside asset in the APP portfolio at Heathrow. Existing customers include Wincanton, LSG Sky Chefs, Fedex, Savino Del Bene and UPS.
