White House plans approved

Plans to build around 100 houses in the grounds of the White House have been approved.

The Grade II-listed former convent in Isleworth, along with its chapels and stables will be converted into 23 flats while 39 house and a 36 bed care home will be built in the eight acre grounds by St James and Beechcroft.

Works are expected to begin later in 2014.
