Planning permission has been granted for Telereal Trillium’s redevelopment of the Wheatstone House site in Chiswick.
The plans, designed by Collado Collins, involve the demolition of the former telephone exchange and its replacement with a mixed-use residential-led scheme which will provide 95 new homes and around 5000 sq ft of commercial space.
Building work is expected to start later in 2015.
