Slough Urban Renewal’s Wexham Green development is nearing launch.
The newly completed sales and marketing suite will open shortly, as construction progresses on the 104 home development, the second residential development to be delivered by Slough Urban Renewal (SUR), a joint venture between Slough Borough Council and Morgan Sindall Investments.
It follows their Milestone development, which is now nearly all sold.
Andy Howell, General Manager at Slough Urban Renewal said, “We are very excited about our imminent launch here, which maintains the high standard of specification, set by the Milestone development.
“The homes here will directly meet the local need within the borough, providing much needed family housing and we are already experiencing a high level of enquires.”
Councillor Zaffar Ajaib, commissioner for housing and urban renewal, said: “Wexham Green is a tremendous development; family sized housing, lovely green surroundings and a mix of housing designs which will really appeal to local residents.
“I think it will be very popular and a fantastic addition to the borough.”
Wexham Green will offer both private homes and those for affordable rent.
