Osborne have been appointed for the £46million development of West Thames College. The civil engineering company has been chosen for the two-stage design and build programme.
The site at London Road, Isleworth, will have three new buildings, including a refectory, library and sports hall as well as teaching space and a theatre.
Demolition works are due to start in July. The project will take place on a live campus, with the works due to be carried out in phases to minimise disruption and to enable all students to continue studying.
The project has been enabled by a £48m grant from the Government (DfES) on the understanding that the building will be highly environmentally sustainable.
