Wembley Job and Apprenticeship Show approaches

Wembley will host another free careers event in May. The Job and Apprenticeship Show is being held in partnership with Brent Council’s recruitment arm ‘Brent Works’, the Jobcentre Plus and the College of North West London and will take place at Wembley stadium on 21 May 2019 from 10am to 5pm.

Recruiters from private and public sectors will be on the lookout for talent, including the London Designer Outlet, Wembley Stadium, Wembley Park Development (Quintain), Brent Works, NHS, Army, Navy, RAF, Police and Fire Service.

Cllr Agha, Brent Council’s Cabinet Member for Education, Skills & Employment, said: “We’re working with our partners to bring hundreds of great employers under one roof at Wembley Stadium so that Brent resident can get direct access to these recruiters and the many career opportunities that are on offer.”

Stephen Davis, Principal of the College of North West London, said: “The college is delighted to support this fantastic innovative by Brent Works. These events are invaluable for our students who can see a direct line of sight to work from their studies. This event will raise aspiration and ambition for them. No doubt, help raise their ambition and aspirations for their future.”
