Wates Construction have won a £12.5m extension and refurbishment job on an Oxford Road office in Uxbridge.
They beat off Bowmer & Kirkland and Galliford Try to win the Invista Real Estate contract to add two floors to 106 Oxford Road, to refurbish the internal areas and to reclad the building.
