Warmup opens on Tudor Gate

Warmup Plc launch eventWarmup Plc recently celebrated its new presence in SEGRO’s Tudor Gate Estate in Park Royal.

Warmup, who make and supply underfloor heating, marked the opening of their 9,795 sq ft warehouse and office facility with a launch event during which the facilities were formally declared open by Sir Stirling Moss OBE and Andrew Stimpson, Chairman and Chief Executive of Warmup.

The BREEAM ‘Excellent’ building has been designed to incorporate Warmup’s under-floor heating, solar thermal hot water heating systems and SEGRO’s photovoltaic cells.  Warmup has taken the Tudor Gate unit on a 15 year lease and it is adjacent to  Warmup’s existing 10,870 sq ft premises.

Andrew Stimpson, Chairman and Chief Executive of Warmup, said: “We’re delighted to have opened our brand new facility in West London.  We have collaborated very closely with the team at SEGRO to develop our sustainable and energy efficient new building, which is purposely designed to help showcase our electric and hydronic underfloor heating systems.

Combined, we now have more than 20,000 sq ft across our two facilities at Tudor Gate, and our new lease agreement demonstrates our long term commitment to Park Royal.”
