Vinci St Modwen has submitted plans for 120,000 sq ft of office space on the former RAF Uxbridge site.
The plans are part of the St Andrews Park masterplan, which has outline consent, to turn the former airbase in to a new quarter of Uxbridge, with, in addition to the office space, 1,300 new homes, a 40-acre public park, a new primary school, a hotel, museum, restaurants and shops.
It is hoped the new office space will help create 1000 new jobs.
