Vesta Group have submitted plans for a redevelopment of Keith House, in Hayes, as 150 homes, 46 of which would be affordable.
The scheme would involve construction of two blocks with associated amenity areas and landscaping. It has been designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris and would also deliver around 400sqm of commercial space.
The site is on the south side of the railway line through Hayes, directly opposite U+I’s Old Vinyl Factory redevelopment of the former EMI factory, and across the road from Hyde Park Hayes.
DP9 are handling planning for the Vesta Group.
