Vardy have submitted plans for the Dowlings Parade Development, a residential-led redevelopment of the HNS Autos site in Alperton.
The scheme, designed by Michael Trentham Architects for the site at 1 & 2 Dowlings Parade, comprises partial demolition of the HNS Autos building and other associated buildings and the construction of a two to seven storey building containing 28 new homes with commercial space at ground floor level.
Planning & Development Associates are acting for Vardy.
