Uxbridge and Hammersmith office action

Uxbridge resident Coca Cola will stay in the town, but may move to a new site, reports Property Week. The company has been looking for alternatives to its Charter Place location, where it may still stay. The alternatives left under consideration are Uxbridge Business Park, operated by Goodman, and building a new HQ at Baker’s Court.

Meanwhile, Stockley Park will be home to Sharpe for a while yet, as the electronics firm has signed an extension to its lease of the Four Furz building. GlaxoSmithKline are reported to be considering Stockley Park for their 100,000 sq ft need.

Further in to London, Hammersmith’s largest letting of the year was reported last week, with Neptune Investment Managers taking the eight floor at the 3 Shortlands office building.
