Urbanicity have had detailed plans approved for a 31 home development in Battersea.
The plans, designed by Starc Architects for a site at 58 York Road, involve the demolition of the existing buildings and their replacement with a five storey mixed use development comprising flexible retail space and 31 flats of which 21% will be affordable.
