A deal has been finalised to allow United Colleges – the result of the merger of the College of North West London and City of Westminster College – to move to a new Wembley campus.
United Colleges will sell its Dudden Hill Lane site and its Wembley Park Drive site, and move to a new £106m campus on a site in Fulton Road currently owned by Network Homes, who will move to a new office building next to London Designer Outlet early in 2020.
The Wembley Park Drive site is on the edge of Quintain’s holdings, while the Dudden Hill Lane site is expected to be redeveloped as around 1750 new homes.
The new campus is expected to open in 2023.
