Ward Thomas Removals and Taking Shape are both taking space at SEGRO’s Premier Park in Park Royal.
Ward Thomas is to occupy 41,500 sq ft on a 10 year lease at SEGRO’s Premier Park in Park Royal. This is one of SEGRO’s larger lettings in West London this year.
Taking Shape is a specialist Australian ladies fashion retailer, with over 130 stores globally, is establishing its European operations here and will be occupying 7,000 sq ft on a 10 year lease.
