TVHA approved in Yeading

Thames Valley Housing Association together with Ability Housing Association and the Airey Miller Partnership have had plans approved for an affordable housing scheme in Yeading.

The plans, by BPTW architects for the site of Tasman House, at 111 Maple Road, involve the demolition of the existing unoccupied two storey residential building and the construction of a three storey building containing 15 supported housing units and 9 flats, all to be affordable.

The scheme has been designed to meet with Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
