Japanese ramen brand, Tonkotsu, has agreed terms on a unit at Dickens Yard in Ealing.
The 1,500 sq ft unit is at 14 New Broadway, part of the Berkeley’s development. It joins Pho, Bill’s, Nando’s and Franco Manca.
Commenting on the deal, Leo Feldman, partner at Shelley Sandzer, said: “Since starting in Soho back in 2012, Tonkotsu have grown a fantastic business with great locations, each with its own character and we are pleased to have been able to play a part in their growth.”
These two recent deals will take the brand’s total number of sites to 11, including two concessions in Selfridges in Birmingham and on Oxford Street.
Stephen Evans, managing director of Tonkotsu, added: “We are delighted to formally announce our Ealing restaurant.”
