P. Titan Properties have submitted plans for a redvelopment of Adastra House in Finchely.
The Smith Lam Architects designed scheme for 401-405 Nether Street near Finchley Central station involves the demolition of the existing building and the redevelopment of site to provide a mixed used scheme over two basement levels, ground floor, 5 upper floors and a roof terrace containing ground floor office space and 34 new homes.
