P. Titan Properties have had plans for a 34 home development in Finchley approved.
The plans, designed by Smith Lam Architects for the site of Adastra House, at 401-405 Nether Street, involve the demolition of the existing building and the redevelopment of site to provide a mixed used six storey scheme which will provide office space at ground floor level, 34 homes on upper levels, and a roof terrace.
