Diageo has arranged two sublets at Landmark House and Turkish Airlines takes space in Hammersmith Town Centre.
Global Careers, a recruitment company, and Namco, a games manufacturer, have both taken space on leases expiring in 2012 when Diageo's lease on the builing expires.
Meanwhile, Turkish Airlines has taken 3,000 sq ft at Lyric House on a fifteen year lease.
