Threadneedle Pensions have submitted plans for a 26 home development in North Finchley.
The plans,designed by Rolfe Judd for a site at 638 Finchley High Road, involve construction of four storey building containing 26 residential units on the first, second, and third floors with retail floorspace at ground level.
