A new outdoor destination in White City, The Set brings 2,500 sq ft of outdoor seating to the forecourt of Television Centre, providing a new social space for local residents, the public and for restaurants to welcome back their customers.
The Set has been designed to immerse visitors into an outdoor television set. Adorned with film and television props including directors chairs, giant-sized television screens and clapperboards, The Set will be surrounded by a white-picket fence, inviting diners to eat and drink al-fresco on picnic benches and other dedicated seating areas.
On-site restaurants, Kricket, Flying Horse Coffee, Patty & Bun, Bluebird, Homeslice and White City House’s The Allis bar will be open for dining and takeout. With a seating capacity for up to 120 people and no need to book, the destination is open and free to the public.
Developer Stanhope and site owners Mitsui Fudosan and AimCo have invested in The Set to support all its tenants re-open and enliven the neighbourhood for the summer months ahead.
