Stanhope, Mitsui Fudosan and AIMCo announce that The Communications Store, a strategic brand development and communications company, will be moving its Head Office to White City Place, a one million square foot business district in Central London.
Moving from their current location in Kensington to the WestWorks building, the company will be taking 14,000 sq. ft. of office space and relocating 130 of their staff to the site.
Founded in 1995 and independently owned, The Communications Store has offices in London and New York and counts some of the world’s best brands and most exciting start-ups as clients including; luxury global fashion house Versace, sustainable footwear company Allbirds, luxury hotel Heckfield Place and fashion retailer Tu at Sainsburys.
They will also now count companies such as Yoox-Net-a-Porter, Ralph and Russo and Li & Fung as neighbours, with all having their head offices on the campus, helping to further cement White City’s position as new hub for businesses in the creative sector.
Other tenants in the WestWorks include ITV Studios who have 350 staff located on-site, pioneering tech ‘scale-ups’ Attention Seekers and Arts Alliance Media and the global pharmaceutical company Novartis. As well as housing ‘The Studio’, a state of the art 100-seater space equipped with the latest technology in audio and visual recording, White City Place also boasts a range of amenities including fitness studios, restaurants, bars and cafes.
