London & Regional have signed a number of businesses to their Thames Wharf scheme.
The development was home to Richrd Rogers Architects for a number of years until they moved into central London. It is owned by L&R and the family of Rogers’ former partner Marco Goldschmied.
Artist Damien Hirst is among the new tenants, signing for 2,500 sq ft of art studio space. In addition Process Systems, yacht designer Eidsgaard Design, and MIH Jeans will all be moving to the development. It is already home to the River Cafe.
