There will be no extension of the H98 route to West Ruislip, as TfL says there is insufficient demand.
Residents had been campaigning for the extension of route H98 to West Ruislip station. But TfL decided it was not viable. A spokesman told the Uxbridge Gazette: TfL currently has no plans to extend the route H98 past it’s current terminus at Hayes End to West Ruislip Station. There would not be enough new passenger demand to justify the extra cost of around £1.2million per year required to extend the service. There are also several interchange options available to people wanting to travel between the two places.
