Tesco’s regeneration arm, Spenhill Properties, have submitted plans for a redevelopment of the Master Brewer site in Hillingdon.
The plans, for the site on Freezeland Way, invlove a Tesco store, a hotel, and new homes.
At the same time, outline plans have been submitted for redevelopment of the wider site, with construction of two five storey blocks to provide 53 new homes, including affordable and intermediate rent properties. This part of the scheme has been designed to meet with Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
Detailed plans have been submitted for a mixed use redevelopment invloving construction of a 3,300sqm foodstore with 198 car parking spaces, as well as three additional retail units totalling just over 1000sqm, a safer neighbourhoods unit, and a seven storey 84 bedroom hotel.
The development has been designed to achieve a BREEAM very good rating.
