The owner of Tavistock House, an office building in Uxbridge, has submitted a prior approval notice for its conversion in to homes.
The building, at 5 Rockingham Road, just outside the town centre, is currently occupied by software firm Advanced UK. The plans, designed by STA Associates, involve change of use of the building from office to residential to provide 12 self contained flats comprising 2 studio, 8 one bedroom and 2 two bedroom flats.
