Stanmore College is inviting bids for a £35 million redevelopment.
Work at the Middlesex site will include demolition of the exisitng college and construction of a new further education facility, and is expected to start in January 2009 and finish in August 2011. The new college will be 11,000 sq m.
Tenders are due on 6 October.
