Talisker Realty Corporation has bought Wembley Central, the retail-led mixed-use scheme built by St Modwen on top of the overground an underground station.
The Canadian investor has paid £36.5m for the 118,000 sq ft retail centre. The development also includes an 86 bedroom Travelodge hotel, 273 apartments and a 24 hour multi storey car park.
Retail tenants include TKMaxx, Tesco, Starbucks, Iceland, Argos, EE and Costa.
