Tai United Holdings has bought 10 Hammersmith Grove from Brockton Capital, who only acquired it in July 2016.

The building, built by Development Securities before they merged with Cathedral to form U+I, was sold by Aberdeen Asset Management to Brockton for £89m in July. Now they are reported to have sold it to the Hong Kong based Tai United for £103.5m.
