Sybarite has almost doubled its space at Legal & General’s Aircraft Factory building in Hammersmith.
The commercial interiors architect working in the luxury retail, lifestyle, and hospitality sectors have extended the lease on the 5,000 sq ft penthouse floor they already occupy to 2031, while taking an additional 4,000 sq ft on the floor below.
The existing occupier of the fourth floor had been seeking to exit, and downsize. The Aircraft Factory remains fully let.
