Streamdale Investment have submitted plans for a 700 unit student accommodation building in Wembley.
The plans involve alteration and extension of Chesterfield House at 9 Park Lane to produce a seventeen storey building containing 727 student accommodation units and ground floor retail units.
The development has been designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.
