Stoll consults on land sale

The Stoll Foundation is consulting on plans to sell half its land to neighbouring Chelsea FC to assist in their expansion plans.

The Stoll Foundation, which helps forces veterans, plans to sell the 157 home Sir Oswald Stoll Mansions building on Fulham Road for redevelopment as housing to give it the ability to build 300 homes around the country for vulnerable and disabled veterans. Around two thirds of the 2.6 acre site would be sold.

An eight-week consultation period with residents has begun. The Foundation will decide on the sale in April 2018.
