Stolkin Properties have submitted listed building consent plans for a 42 home conversion of Glaxo House in Greenford.
The plans, designed by Flanagan Lawrence for the Grade II listed building, part of the former GlaxoSmithKline site in Greenford, involve the demolition of extensions to the rear and south of the building, the removal of the majority of the rear elevation and the conversion of the building from office to residential use.
The scheme has been designed to meet with Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. Iceni Projects are handling planning.
A mixed use development is planned for the larger site, including employment, residential, retail, education, leisure uses, a new cinema, cafes, restaurants, community space and public open space including improvements to the canal side.
