Stockley Park Consortium Ltd is marketing the consented phase three scheme at Stockley Park.
CoStar reports the site is on the market for £35m. SPCL have already done a portion of the preparatory ground works for consented scheme which would provide 25000sqm of office and data centre space – possibly housing 2000 jobs – a 450 room hotel, a new ‘town square’ style centre, and a better connection with public transport at West Drayton station. The total developed area would be over 750,000 sq ft.
Tenants on Stockley Park include Apple, Canon, Hasbro, Marks & Spencer, IMG Worldwide and GlaxoSmithKline.
