Tritax Property Income Fund has been granted consent for a redevelopment of 1 Furzeground Way, at Stockley Park.
The 70,000 sq ft office will be redeveloped to include a repositioned entrance, triple-height atrium with new collaboration space, as well as new amenities and an external terrace overlooking the lake.
The TP Bennett design focusses on sustainability, wellbeing and connectivity, targeting a “Very Good” BREEAM rating and Wired Score “Gold”. The investor says they will be putting a focus on green space and internal greenery.
Oakmont Construction is the preferred main contractor and expects to start on site in February 2020, with practical completion expected by the end of the year.
