A sale and a letting have been announced at Stockley Park,
CarVal Investors have sold 5 Roundwood Avenue to MSC Cruise Management UK for a reported £18m. MSC will occupy the 46,000 sq ft building themselves. It has recently been refurbished.
Carval have also let the first floor of 3 Roundwood Avenue to Russian air cargo group Volga Dnepr.
Chester Properties operate the buildings for Carval.
