Transport for London and Catalyst Housing are progressing plans for a residential development on Stanmore Station car park.
The scheme in development is being designed by Karakusevic Carson architects, and would provide 277 new homes across seven buildings between six and eleven storeys, and nineteen three storey townhouses. There would also be some flexible commercial ground floorspace.
