St James submit new White City plans

St James has submitted a revised planning application to Hammersmith and Fulham Council for its development proposals for the former M&S Warehouse Site in White City.

The plans still involve the demolition of all existing buildings and structures and the redevelopment of the site for residential and mixed uses inĀ buildings ranging from 10 to 28 storeys to provide up to 1,465 residential units, and the provision of a new publicly accessible open space.

The hybrid plans also include a new bridge and decked area over the central line cutting to Wood Lane.
