St James approved in White City

St James plans for a 1465 home development on the Marks and Spencer warehouse site in White City have been approved.

The plans for the 10 acre site set between Westfield London and the site of Imperial College’s future west London campus also include a new four acre public park which will be called White City Green.

It will also deliver a new bridge and pedestrian deck over the Central Line tracks.

St James will get vacant possession of the site in 2016, and plan to start work on the 15 year project as soon as possible.
